Target Audience
A four day programme designed for first -line managers who need to employ sound management skills while creating change in their team/organisation.
Purpose
This pragmatic programme explores an understanding of our own behaviour, leadership style and the impact we have on others. From this it develops skills in creativity, making strategic choices , budgeting and managing the resulting change.
Methodology
Delegate discussion, trainer input, self perception questionnaires, case studies and role-play scenarios. Additionally delegates work on a practical 'live' work based issue.
Outcomes
This programme will equip delegates with specific techniques for raising their personal management 'bar'.
