This programme is designed for all Retail Sales Staff.
Purpose
This one-day programme will provide delegates with the opportunity to reinforce previous learning and develop the six key skills to successful retail selling.

Methodology
This programme utilises a variety of methods: questionnaires, group discussions, experiential exercises, tutor inputs, individual work and action planning. Throughout the programme participants will be given detailed feedback and encouragement to try new ideas and ways of behaving and help in transferring these into their working situation.
Outcomes
Delegates will "benchmark" and develop their knowledge and skills by examining in detail a Retail Selling Skills Diagnostic and the Six Key Skills Sales Process and be motivated to beat sales targets, increase profit and deliver customer service excellence on their return to store.
Duration: 1 day either "off the shelf" or tailored on an in-company basis.
