Target Audience

All individuals who have to deliver persuasive and powerful presentations and product demonstrations to customers on a one to one basis or to small groups.

Purpose

This course provides delegates with the skills to enable them to present and demonstrate naturally with confidence, credibility and clarity in a variety of everyday retail situations.

Methodology

This course is intense and highly practical – it’s not about listening to theory. The one-to-one coaching is interactive, and selected exercises are taped on video so that individuals can see themselves from the customer’s perspective, evaluate their progress, and set themselves personal goals as they progress through the course. This approach ensures that each individual has the opportunity to experiment with, apply, and retain the techniques and skills that will help maximise their sales performance.

Outcomes

  • Delegates learn how a customer interprets a Retail Salesperson’s body language, and then how to control their sales presentation and product demonstration, think with greater clarity and deliver a message with confidence and poise.
  • Delegates learn and practice techniques which help them overcome normal human inhibitions and so present with sincerity, conviction and natural dynamism.
  • Delegates learn skills that allow them to work effectively with visual support, bring their compelling message alive and maximize eye contact with their customers
