The major benefit of work based learning is fast development. We undertake a Needs Analysis to establish the "Capability Gap" between current ability and that required. We then tailor our coaching process to eliminate the gaps within a defined time-scale. Work based learning should also be linked with the long-term strategic objectives and direction of the company.
After each coaching session, we submit a short observation and recommendations report which is designed to further help with individual development and deliver a step-change in performance.
Many of our clients are recognising the importance of executive coaching and are building such initiatives into the company-wide Personal and Development Review Process.
