BOOKING INFORMATION

Course Timings
All Academy modules start at 9:45am on the first day and finish at 16:30pm on the last day. Non-residential courses finish at 17:00pm. Our published fee includes course materials, use of video and other training equipment as required. Comprehensive course notes and post-course action plans for delegates' future reference are provided. The number of delegates attending each course is limited in order to maximise training and one to one coaching effectiveness.
Residential Courses
Delegates participate in evening self-study and are therefore expected to stay in the hotel during the course. Fees do not include the delegate's overnight accommodation costs.
Reservations
Bookings can be made using the booking form, or by telephone, letter, email or fax. A receipted tax invoice will be sent to cover VAT. Full joining instructions and a pre-course guide are sent to each delegate to confirm their booking.
VAT
VAT is charged at the current rate on all invoices .VAT Registration No: 852 0258 44.
Payment of Invoices
All payments must be received twenty one days before the start of the course.
Academy Discounts
Book online using the online booking form and receive a 10% discount off each delegate booking.
Venues, Dates and Content
All the information is correct at time of print. We reserve the right to make changes should it be necessary.
Cancellation and Transfers
Courses are run with small numbers for maximum effect. Cancellation/transfers after places have been confirmed will incur an administration charge of 10% of the course fee. Cancellations and transfers within fourteen days of the course start date cannot be accepted. Substitutes can be made at any time up to start of course without cost penalty.

We have chosen the Mill House Hotel, Kingham, Oxfordshire because of it's superior facilities, quality accommodation and high standards of personal service. Kingham is England's favourite village as awarded by Country Life in 2004.
