BIOGRAPHY - STEVE FLACK
Having studied as a mechanical Engineer, and spending 3 years living and working in Australia, Stephen started his career in the food industry as a Salesman with CPC (Best Foods). During his time with CPC he progressed to Sales Trainer, Area Manager, and Divisional Manager.
In 1987 he joined United Biscuits where he held positions as Divisional Sales Manager, managing the Sales Force for the Ross Young's Frozen Foods Division, and National Account Controller managing a Team of National Account Managers.
In 1992 he joined Sun Valley Poultry (a Cargill Company) where he held positions as Head of Food Service and General Sales Manager handling all aspects of Commercial business through a Team of Business Accousnt Managers and Marketing Managers.
He has been General Manager, and Managing Director for the two largest poultry producers in the UK, where he was instrumental in implementing automation using robotics, Change Management and adding value to the profit of companies within a highly competitive market place through Strategic Planning, People Development and Customer Partnering.
In the autumn of 2003 Stephen formed his own Company P.I.I. Ltd and has working links with the European Commission and other private and public companies.
Stephen lives in Hereford and joined Kingsway Training Ltd as Senior Business Consultant and Academy Course Director in 2004.
