BIOGRAPHY - GUY MARSH
Guy has over eight years training and development experience in both the private and public sectors. Over the last four years he has successfully delivered strategic training solutions in health and safety, food safety, organisational development and people development for the property services division of Nottinghamshire County Council.
Through his role as Regional Manager for Springboard UK Guy has worked with public funding bodies, such as the Learning and Skills Council, supporting the development and delivery of several training projects across the Midlands.
Guy has extensive experience at senior operational management level firstly in retail with Debenhams Food Services and secondly in facilities service contracting within the health sector for both Compass and ISS, with a successful track record of service delivery in several large scale NHS contracts.
This year (2005) has seen Guy establish his own company Turning Point Training focussing on providing health and safety, food safety and business development solutions to clients in retail, hospitality and leisure.
Guy is married with two sons and lives in Derbyshire.

- IOSH Managing Safety
