- Corporate Culture Profiler. This questionnaire identifies the core values on which business performance depends. These values are then used in a wide range of organisation processes, systems and training to ensure a cohesive approach to performance improvement.

Following a short familiarisation process at the client's Head Office we conduct interactive interviews and customer visits across the Business, Customer and National Account team to benchmark the teams performance against a Critical Success Factor Matrix. - Sales Resource Audit. With a business strategy in place that involves taking a new direction, or the launch of a new range of products to a different sector, the Sales Resource Audit provides fast accurate feedback on the ability of existing sales team to meet the plan. Selected members of the team and line managers are accompanied in the field and benchmarked against best practice principles. Formal reporting or verbal feedback is provided so that the necessary structural changes or focused training programmes are put into place.
- Sales Force Health Check. Many of our clients value this service. Selected individuals operating within the sales force structure are accompanied for up to a day and assessed against industry key performance indicators to identify the "capability gap" between current ability and that required.
